mini rg reunion at the glass house fish & co. on monday. met up with qi, rachel, ym, yanling and even sarah popped by. pity amanda couldn't join us, but at least we managed to have dinner last week at big o. i'm always stunned by how diverse how little group has grown since leaving rgs; makes me aware of how terribly cloistered i am in medfac.

yanling's building a pavilion near the nus macdonald's with the rest of the architecture students. she is so talented at drawing and designing...haha, one day in fantasyland, i shall get her to design my house, rachel to build my plane, and qi to find some legal loophole to make all of it tax exempt. love those girls...

css exco meeting with a priest of lebanon descent, raised in south africa, and based with the international movement for christian students in paris on wednesday at IMH. was quite enlightening and definitely thought provoking. sometimes we're so caught up in the spirit of competition that we forget how to really preach God's word. not in our words but in our actions...just something to reflect on...

mum and dad are leaving for athens next wednesday...miss them already

CSS commissioning mass on fri. i guess when God calls, you pick up...haha, even if it's through ernest!! XD well, i'm officially the new SPO for CSS now. first order of business - recruiting committees for retreat and christmas bash. if anyone's interested, do contact me...

celebrated chris' birthday after that. kevin and some of the other m1s came with the chocolate cake and there were huge slices for everyone. yum!

gu4 xiang1 was the theme of maf 2005. the performances were about the same as last year's, and the light-up wasn't really spectacular, but...going back to hc reminded me of how much i miss the jc days. everything was so much simpler, so much happier. i guess we never realise what we have until it's gone.
